A vitamin-like super antioxidant (similar in structure to vitamin E and K), essential for cellular energy. Coenzyme Q10 acts like the “spark” in all cellular activity and also has natural soothing properties. It is a natural defense against sun damage (although is not a substitute for a sun block).
